Spacious apartment adjacent to city center, tram and the centre of town. Helpful and affable staff, the best attitude. Neat, large bathroom. Fab central location.

Glad we stayed here, had good 2 days. The neighbourhood had restaurants and bars, and lovely restaurants. We really enjoyed how helpful and amiable the staff was. There was a bathtub in the bathroom; it was fairly clean, btw.

Staff were amicable and exceptionally pleasant.

All in all it was a really great stay for an Edinburgh visit. Everything was good, me and my family members greatly enjoyed the stay. I also were walk from a tram station.

We really liked our stay at Grosvenor Suites in Edinburgh. The location was excellent, close to Co-op Food, a nearby park, the main shop, and the stadium. It made our two days there very enjoyable.

The apartment was grand, and it's set in a fairly nice area. The host was amazing, and planned late check-out for us.

Wi-Fi was terrible, and the bed was broken.

location is good. staff are very nice. lovely view from the garden in front of the hotel!

The bed was comfortable and I had a good night's sleep, plus the location was perfect for easy access to restaurants and bars.

The ambiance of the hotel was lovely and the decor was superb. The breakfast was adequate but there was no other food on offer. It was more like a guest house than a hotel.

The staff took two payments on my credit card, my room was not cleaned one day. Nothing major

There was no water at all on the first evening -this did not seem to be a problem to staff

I had a fantastic time during my visit to this place, from beginning to end.

Breakfast (especially crescent roll) was nice.
